I am a New York State Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experiences in mental health treatments across different ages and cultural backgrounds. I believe in the collaborative nature of psychotherapy. I will help you identify and work towards common goals and empower you to improve your quality of life. I specialize in adult psychotherapy treatments addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, work and relationship issues.

I obtained a doctoral degree (Psy.D.) in New York University. I have extensive work experiences in different medical and clinical setting in NYC.
Behavioral Health Services
Adult Therapy
I practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psycho-dynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy to treat depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and other adjustment conditions. Following an initial consultation, we will collectively identify and map an individualized treatment plan.
Telehealth sessions are available. Sessions can be conducted in English/Cantonese.
